When I switched to flowering 18 to 12 HRs,3 weeks later this happened. They were in-doors it helped when I took them outside.I'm thinking they needed fresh airhttps://www.icmag.com/ic/attachment.php?attachmentid=383357&stc=1&d=1477413131https://www.icmag.com/ic/photo_popup.php?cp=albums&page=&e=vB_Editor_001&s=+&prod=attachments&ins=orig&alb=all#

looks like your plant in infested with bugs and you may have over done it with the nutrients.
were there any bugs flying around your plant when inside?
were there any webs on the top of the plant?

take some better pictures of the leaf and I can give you a better answer.

Hey thanks for replying,I think your right with the nutrients and I also had spider mites with webs.It was like they stopped growing and the same thing happened to the clones. They were still alive but wouldn't grow. After spraying Dr Doom I took them outside to clean them and flush with water.after doing this a couple of them finished flowering but the rest never developed.I used them for butter.I'll include another pic but I don't have a close up of leaves.I want to find out what I did so not to make the mistake again
