we need more info ...what medium ....but it looks soil so......soils ph ...temps, humidity and soil u are using....
looks like they are burning 2 me...
i have 2 take a guess it would be 2 hot soil for the seedlings......or a ph problem...this is only my :2cents:
and they are stuned ....after that many days it has 2 be bigger...
flush them realy good with full dose nutes ....ph'd ofcause...6.4 avarage ph and i would say 0.8 EC nutes @ 500 conversion factor....that means 400 ppm

im no PlantDr what so ever but if its 1 of these probs they will be fixed with this remedy...
but i would wait for more repley's after you give some more info on your setup these are just all guesses from my end!!!!
just trying 2 help out coz you had no repley's....untill now ;)

core is right - good background info can make or break your results.

PH, temps humidity, soil/hydro and PPM's for the dro types.

Makes a BFD "Big flippin Difference".

Also - have your grown before?
No shame being new - but it changes the game.
Lots of reading if the answer is no.

Outdoor and indoor are very different animals in the same skin.

Your ph is going to have to be addressed - you gotta know if it's a problem or it's not -

You can call your local water company - supplier, (maybe online also!) they will have reasonabley accurate pH levels (They will give you the range during testing) - and PPm's also. The first best investment I made was a GOOD pH test pen with calibration fluids. I didn't encounter problems until I tried full strength Tiger Bloom - then I lost 1/2 a grow. pH can ruin a good grow if - or when it bcomes an issue.

Lot's of health consious and gardener types ask, so it's not a flag for cannabis growers when you ask.

What's "medium 5L"

Water them when they thirsty and not until, - not when your "in the neighborhood" - excess water can be lethal! - AND it will look like every deficency in the book - you can spend weeks chasing your tail -
Cheap advice ? - Wait till they JUST START TO WILT - If your watching and observant - you can watch the wilt start low and climb up the plant.

Wilting is stressfull - but not as stressfull as overwatering - infact thirst promotes root growth and expansion so
try to adopt the rule of "if it won't wilt before your next visit - don't water".

This said - some plants are not wilt tollerant -- so the closer you can walk to the line and not stress them,, the better they will do

then we can't realy help you....Rocky is right ....you have 2 be able TO adres the PH of the soil and its nutrients.....

try getting a cheap ph pen or some ph test strips...then we can rule out some things

btw what soil are u using....
your lighting is good for in veg i see no problems there...

The marks on those leaves look like some kind of stangnent water that has been loaded with an over abundance of nutes and let to dry with the cfls over head and getting serious nute burn ( foliar feeding gone bad). You can still see an almost drippy effect of water marks on the leaves.Without the other info I would say this is what caused it.

I didn't watering or feeding with "foliar" method.
Maybe pH is a problem. I must buy some pH meter.
