So i always assumed it was a N def. but I gave my 2 plants 2 diff nutes, 1 is 18-18-18 the other is 10-30-20 with similar micro nutes. Today they started lookin different, so I dont think it was N. my only guess is Ca
This seems to be a common problem there are 3 diff. threads of people having the same issue. Including me. My leaves have been fading from dark rich green to a pale yellow and eventually browning. I uses PBP. So do 2 others. I am about the same stage of flowering and have been giving them betweem 800-1000 ppm. You?
PBP? ppm? I assume your a hydro person... All I've really done is give it the 18-18-18, and just a few hrs ago I flushed the fading one and gave them both some dolomite lime. 1/2 tbsp/gal. I'll post some pics if anything changes
(if your growing soil )
I think your issues are PH related I see a couple of defencies
To rule out PH related issues complete a soil runoff PH test.......
with PH corrected water (6.5-6.8PH ) pour enough water in the pots so the water runs out the bottom of the pot ...collect & test the PH of this runoff water....
If the PH reading is out of optimum range 6.5-6.8 PH, you need to flush your plant.
Flush with PH corrected water, till in optimum PH range, 3 times the volume of the pots rule of thumb but may require much more flushing if the rootball is thick & sour
EG: 1 gal pot = 3 gal. flush
add 1/2 strength nutes to the last gallon of the flush.
In my exprience CA looks more like brown small speckles in the leaf.Dont see it in what you havethere
Your plant looks fine to me- then again mine always get a small bit of something, but this is to be expected. Watch out for overfert- dont get too concerned about this.
I'd flush as Ganja Guerilla suggests- then add 1/2 strength nutes. This sorts out most soil problems AFAIK.
Cool. thanks for the advice. I have checked the Ph before but not the runoff. I just got a ph test kit thing before I left on vacation. However, I will be away from my girls for another 7-8 days
