Pro Mix Poll - how do you feed/water

With all the varying info out there regarding how to feed your plants in straight Pro mix - some perlite added to 20% max, I thought I would start a poll to see how people treat their Pro Mix

feed at full strength then water / water / feed ?

feed at 3/4 and water/ feed/ water ?

feed at 1/3 and feed /feed /feed ?

to avoid varying factors/confusion ill leave poll as :

I feed what they need. No chemicals or synthetics. Veganics, organics from a bottle. Usually feed, feed, feed.

Sometimes feed, feed clear.

1 tsp fish. 1 tsp bio grow, etc. Sometimes 2 tsp of fish and/or grow

low doses of epsoms here and there, superthrive weekly and other stuff

just play it by ear and the plants needs
