Pro-mix HP can it be over watered?

It is possible to over water your plants using pro-mix hp?

I was thinking of using HP with a continuous top down drip system and or this SIP method. NoobwannaB's Fabric Pot SIP method

Is there any risk of killing the plants?

You can overwater any and every medium, even coco if the roots aren't established enough.

In soil I like to do some wet/dry cycles when establishing plants, and once I feel the roots have really colonized the medium I'll water every other day or ebwey day depending on weather conditions (outdoors) indoors generally every other day..
