Toking on some mendo right now, pretty sure it's an abbreviation for Mendonesian Purps. Anyway, I am paying my guy $10 a gram for these popcorn buds (Don't get me wrong, i'm still getting superbaked) but should I be getting the nugs? Just wondering considering he grows it and I KNOW he has the good nugs because his brother is a caretaker.. Help me out, and what are yall toking on!

Did you try asking him about nugs ? You can ask in a polite way..

If you got no other connect.. Then you can settle or find a new one.

It depends with prices in your area also and if you have tried other kinds of strains, so you can tell if its good or not.

Some places in the states, 20$ a gram was not unheard of for good stuff
I dont think that must be still going strong, maybe with the tourists/out of towners.

From what i read, east coast has a tendency to have higher prices than the west but its not written in stone. There is a high times price index for different states and even canada.

$10 a gram is a good price if it's strong and has a good high. I had to pay at least $400 an ounce for quality buds in the 90s. Sometimes little popcorn buds, sometimes better. Weed seems to be inflation proof over the 18 years I've been smoking. They used to say it was more valuable than gold.

I don't buy it anymore unless I want to try new strains without growing them first. With my last couple harvests, I've turned the little popcorn buds into hash and tinctures along with the trim. I save the best looking buds for smoking or vaping.

I look for 10/g if I am going for under 2gs then 30-401/8then 90 or 100 a half o and under 200an oz. Anything more just is ridiculous though, because then you'd be paying some retail over inflated price. Really just depends on how quality it is.. most even dispensary shit is just ok unless you are paying 20/g.

And by then if you are that good of a grower you could be only paying in total cost a couple dollars to produce that gram.. Huge profit numbers.

Which only furthers the point of how a lot of dispensaries are banking $$.

I'm always amazed when I see American pricing.

up here you get a gram for $10 period. weather it's the bombest shit ever grown, or just schwag (<--which I havent seen here for many many years)

In fact the only thing people want here now is bomb ass kush, and it still costs $10/g.

an eighth will sell for $25-$30, quarters for $50-$60 and half ounces for about$90-$110.

The only place I know of to find buds cheaper than, or more expensive than $10/g is a dispensary.

here it's about 25$-30$ for a gram... and it dosent matter if it's dank or schweg.
hash prices also sky rocketted here, 25g of hash will cost about 500$.

that's the street market...

the few people who has a medical cannabis licence pay about 92$ - and dosen't matter how much you're prescribed 10g, 40g or 100g.
