Quality indeed in NYC, if you've got lots of money. I heard NY has fabulous genetics and prices are accordingly. I'm happy there is still some places in USA, you can put your hands on super high quality stuff. Here in Ontario, Canada, availibility is supposed to be good (no luck for me to get connections) and prices are very low. Offer is far superior to the demand. Canadian growers are afraid to export, so stocks stay high all the time. However, on what is available, it is mostly or totally Indica. I get bored of couchlocks and unmotivational daze... That is why I grow 100% sativa. Great for going out at night without the drowsiness of indica. It is tricky to maintain those ladies healthy, but with a few adjustments, i now get bigger yields every new harvest. Peace and Pot my friends.

Damn it i didnt start my new crop early enough so im buying for a month or two. So here we go .
NE US.
Pressed/brick- 140 to 180 an ounce. Sometimes the best deal because its pressed doesnt make it schwag. I like the pretty looking stuff too but if its this or beasters ill buy this anyday of the week.
Beasters- Blahh waste of money. hurts my throat and has no tast or smell. 200-240 oz.
Triple A's-220-260 oz. i hate the stupid names the kids give this stuff nowadays. anyways, its what i got right now and pretty much sucks. Glorified beasters
haze/headies?- makes me wanna slap somebody. i tell them all the time its not frickin haze. this is usually commercial grade but sometimes someones homegrown. these can go from 400-500 oz. depending on the quality. im waiting to try some ak47 supposedly coming down the pipeline soon. Hope its up to par with the stuff i grow.

year-round and it can be anything, blueberry, AK-47, Afghanix?, some orangey tastingbud I never knew the name of and cannot find anymore. But after harvest you can by some sick outdoor for like 1000-1400 a pound. I have no idea what strains and it can really vary

Here in Brazil, the prices are (converted to US$) usually around $1 a gram. That's $30 for an ounce. I guess it must be some shitty weed compared to what circulates around there (it's all compressed bricks... from traficking. There's no homegrown buds around here. In fact, there are no buds), but still, at least I can buy all the weed I want without going bankrupt. I could never afford those prices you guys pay. I guess that's another incentive for growing.

"High or Low" depends on your perspective. The seller always thinks it's too low and the buyer always thinks it's too high!!

I get $300 for my hydro, don't know the "name", but it's dank. Everyone says that there is nothing better around here, & I'm in a college town. I only deal with close friends, and the rest goes to one person at the same $300, or $4800 per lb. I'm happy, but plan to get the Ogers Kush and another even higher grade strain and will charge accordingly. As with any business, it's all about "supply & demand". Risk taking has to pay. If everyone was willing to take the risk themselves, they could also grow their own, just as we all do. If they ban together & protest for change prices could drop when they succeed.....Until then prices are only going UP.
I'd only buy 1/4 or two per year at today's prices, or I'd start growing......Plus it's a fun little hobby too.
