Preventing growhouse from mold growth

Has anyone had any experiences with serious mold growth/damage in a residential home due to growing? I am growing in a residential home and I want to keep the house in as good condition as possible but I am worried about mold growth behind the walls/under the carpets. Is this a serious concern?

I can't help to imagine that running a home at 70% humditiy and 75 degree temperatures wouldn't cause mold to start to grow? I live in a colder, drier climate (often 20-40% humidity levels and average temp is in the 60s) and grow in a early to middle 1900s farmhouse. I try to keep my rooms as clean as possible and use coco with maxibloom and have never had any problems with mold. (drop humidity to less than %50 last two weeks of flowering)

Are my fears valid or over thought and paranoia?

Thanks for any input:tiphat:

Reduce humidity as much as you dare, keep all clean and use Neem Oil at every step, its great to prevent mold and bugs, but not so close to harvest as Neem oil is an acquired taste ...lol a choice of Neem or Sulfur I go Neem its organic too
