Preserving genetics from 2 fem seeds

Ok so I have 2 fem seeds of catpiss from the lower mainland (vancouver area) back around 2004. There were only a few seeds in a couple lbs I'd purchased. I say they're fem because theyve always grown into females and I've not once have I found male flowers or gotten more seed.

I've held onto the last 2 seeds because I always wanted to try and preserve these genetics for myself, for fun.

Now keep in mind, I cannot do mothers at this time (for foreseeable future). And I worry too much longer and these last seeds won't be viable. I also have no experience with sts.

What would you recommend as the best way to create more seed? My next run will have a couple regs from Peak, Northern Berry and Skunk Berry...I expect to get some males. I'm thinking I'm going to collect the pollen from the best male(s) and play with that.

I was thinking of pollinating a branch (or more if I have multiple suitable males). From there what's the best course of action?

Catpiss x peak male bx to last catpiss seed? And then have no more catpiss to keep working it..

Or reverse the last catpiss seed and cross that with what comes from catpiss x peak male?

Any other suggestions?

Self both, pollinate 1 branch of each with itself, and 1 branch of each with the other. Then you have alot of seeds to work with which should contain the genetics you want, I think....been a long damn day. Cheers.

Makes sense, I guess I need to start reading up on sts
