Preparing soil

Hi there,as soon as seeds arrive i will start growing for the first time. But i have a problem,i live in da place where i can't choose many soil ingredients like organic ferts and so on. There are only peat, peat moss (dont know they are different?) Perlite and dolomite lime+biohumus. After some forum reading i understand thats all i need, right?
But there are some questions.
First-which part should i use Perlite-Peat if i plan to water plants once in a 3-4 days.+i dont know peat moss differs from 'usualy' peat?
Second. There are some neutralized peat, maybe if using synthetic ferts like Shulzt what would be ideal?
And the last question is about BIOhumus,is it very important? If so How many parts should i use it in gallon of perlite/peat mix?
Thanks

I dont know about biohumus,or what it is so I cant comment.I do want to say if peat is the main ingredient you better be sure to use powdered or pulverized dolomite lime in your soil mix,1 to 2 tablespoons per gallon depending on how much peat you are using.I would go with about a 70% peat 30% perlite mix with a tablespoon per gallon dolomite lime.Dont forget the lime with the peat or you will have a low soil ph in flower,no way around that.

Thanks
By the way i have to add dolomite only mixing my soil or should i use it and by watering sessions?
Neutralized peat would be better than non neutralized?

Never use powdered or pulverized dolomite "watered in",people will do it but its incorrect, they should be using hydrated lime after the fact and they better know what they're doing cause its some strong shit!Dolomite is made to be part of the soil mixture.

Powdered pulverized hydrated hmm that confusing me.In my local store there is only one lime special for plants it's like sand and the only thing i know it's formula: CaCO3+MgCO3=95%
Can you tell me what kind of lime it is?
