PPM question

I have mesasured my waters ppm .It's 50ppm.My question is about run off.It is about 400ppm.Is it too much for seedlings?(Mixed coco and compo sana universal potting soil)Btw I use hanna combo meter.

so you have 50ppm tap water. After running the plain water through your seedlings in coco the ppm jumps to 400? Are you adding nutes to make this happen?

I recommend seedlings stay with plain old water until they have a few nodes, then start bumping the nutes slow and steady. good luck!

İN addiotion seedlings' little sprouts is yellow while I'm writingI will add pictures tomarrow.
