PPM 3 problems

I'm now on my 3rd PPM3 CO2 monitor controller. The unit keeps locking up on 9999. It stops releasing CO2 in my room and doesn't work till I reset it. I set it up on my timer like CAP recomended so it resets every day and it is still locking up. Last night I moved the controller from the timer and it was locked up when I got up this morning.

Has anyone else had any issues with them?

I've read only good things about the PPM3 but I'm frustrated and think it's time to move onto another controller. They must have had a bad run.

Feedback please!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, KB

If you have a sulfer burner and it runs for like 4-6 hours it can fuk up the monitors reading.... trust me i usto pump the sulfer for 12 hours as lights go down and i went threw 4 till i relized it was the sulfer floating around the room fuking shit up ...

If thats the case Run the sulfer burner for no more than 1-2 hours at a time and move it from location to location in the room

I have heard that power cyclying them unlocks them (shutting off and on).

Use a timer to shut the unit on and off several times day. Seems like a shitty way to make an expensive piece of equipment reliable but thats what I have read.
