Hello all, i had found my girls with some powdery mildew for the first time in the 5 years i been growing and i already got stuff to treat the plants, however what is the best way to sterilize the rooms?

i have mini split ac in the rooms so need to clean them out, and also dehumidifier i just bought. also what would be the best thing to use to clean the walls and floors with to kill off all the sports.

I have no issue going with commercial grade cleaning chemicals cause i would rather do it once and know i sterilized the rooms instead of dealing with organic b.s that only puts a band-aid on the problem.

But the one problem i have is i have no spare rooms i can put the plants in while cleaning out the grow and flower rooms and i also rotate 1 to 2 plants a month from grow to flower so i dont really have any down time when room has nothing in them. so any input would be great. I was thinking maybe i could use something along the lines of maybe what a hospital uses to sterilize surgery rooms with or something like that would be the best way to go.

any input would be great thanks.

Green cure might be a thought. Super base but safe for plants and humans. Or an ozone generator? You would only have to take the plants out for an hour plus the time to vent and clear the stank. Ozone G's can be dangerous to people or pets but it dissipates quickly. If i think of anything else I'll post again. Ooo anyone use ProKure? That shit is powerful. Need a mask for that.

thanks, i was doing some googling on stuff used to sterilze clean rooms and came across Peracetic acid its validated as a sporicidal agent and sterilant, but is not toxic, carcinogenic, mutagenic, or hazardous. It can be used in very low concentrations (less than 1%), as a liquid for manual disinfection procedures, or in vapor form as an airborne disinfection agent in cleanrooms and aseptic areas

I'd put a garbage bag/plastic over all the plants and spray the room and equipment with a bleach solution. Then lots of fans and bring the humidity below 50.
Don't forget to clean your mini split filter, id even pull it apart and clean the guts including the blades.
