Powdery Mildew Problems, Help! (Pics)

Ok, here's the deal. The plants are 15 days into flower, and are extremely healthy. The strain is "The Purps", and they are beginning to show signs of Powdery Mildew. It isn't terrible yet, but there are sporadic spots of it appearing on the leaves in the middle and lower parts of the plant. Here are the conditions of the room:

Temps: 73-80
Humidity: 30-49%
Airflow: 2 big fans (so pretty good airflow), and a vortex 6" outtake fan
Watering: We are growing in the WaterFarm system. The current water cycle is 30 minutes on, 75 minutes off. The roots are all at the bottom of the buckets, and the growing medium is Hydroton.

I don't think there is much more to say. The plants are very healthy other than this problem. We are spraying Saranade daily, and have thinned out a few of the mid/bottoms of the plants (just leaves that are too bunched up).

What else can we do? Should we lower the watering cycle? Should thin more? If we do thin, how often should we thin (every XX days?)?

Thanks for the help.

PM is caused by low temps and high humidity. If you don't correct these factors you will always suffer from it. No spraying or product will stop it if conditions are favorable.

Night temps might be dropping down further than you may be aware of.

where is this PM? I don't see any. How about a closeup?

As Pete says, plus... some Hydro additives, Bactivator [or equivalent] and Ecolyzer's Link Up are noted for "helping", preferably, pre emptively.

Right now, cover / seal every source of humidity, and check your fans [all] stay on at night.

I've heard of 10% skim milk with water sprayed on plants once a week to combat PM. I've never experienced this problem. Has anyone used milk on Cannabis? Could be worth a shot. Skim milk has little fat so it keeps the smell down & no more than 30% milk or it'll get funky.

Heady pete is right enviroment, cold and humidity, overnight temps can be a culprit. As for dealing with whats there 5ml/l of cold pressed neem oil can clear it up...at least for 7-10 days, but if conditions still favour it's growth then it will return.

i always keep my trusty sulfer burner nearby... not too late to stink up the place like a hot spring in my opinion.
