Powdery mildew or some kind of guttation/water droplets dryed up?

Is this powdery mildew or guttation abd or water droplets drying up now I havnt foliar fed at all also but, This plant is in a cup and keeps getting tipped over now and then when its to dry and theres a lottle water on the floor from wateribg other cups befote I mop and dry vac it all up and has gotten on the leaves a couple times .. I apprectiat any and all feedback thanks before hand !!

My experience would say water droplets of sort

that's PM in the early stages. 1 teaspoon potassium bicarbonate + 1 teaspoon veg oil + a few drops soap + 1 quart water. foliar spray twice a week.

It could be...I'm not saying it absolutely isnt but I have yet to see powder mildew with distinctive edges like that. Looks to me more like residuals from some sort of spray. Ive only had the unfortunate experience with pm twice. But have since found an eye for it in which I can spot it at very early stages just by light discoloration and patterns on the leaves. Either way, treat it as if it possibly is and leave no worries behind.
