Potent wild cannabis in Poland?

Last night I remembered how a friend of mine gave me a little bit of seeded pot. It's about 10 years ago now.
He said it was from plants growing wild on roadsides in Poland, that he had found while travelling there.
I'm thinking perhaps ruderalis, since I heard that it's pretty common in eastern Europe.
The pot was surprisingly potent - so perhaps it couldn't have been ruderalis?
I germed the seeds but knew nothing back then, so they just died in my window... I really regret this now, since perhaps it was some interesting genetic material.


What do you think? Ruderalis, guerilla plot or just a good story my friend wanted to tell?

Well, in my opinion it wasnt ruderalis, couse we dont have any landrace in here, but yes! you can find some wild filds of hemp but its always full seeded and weak in potency. I think it would be more possible that your friend was talking bout Russia?:smile:

When I say potent what I meant was - I could roll a small joint and get high. I wasn't smoking on a regular basis back then - the potency of the pot was probably like oldstyle outdoor weed, or a little less. Nothing at all like a high-potency strain.

Hi, I know , we have cannabis in Poland. I saw a lot of it. Totaly wild , self polinated , full of seeds. It is a lot of it . But not in whole country I it can be wild cannabis from old farms . Poland has grown a lot of industrial hemp years ago:] Also it can by mixed genetics from our outdoors grows and so on. Its not so easy how it looks like. I think hemp its not a new thing in here....

I saw a lot of wild hemp around Warsaw. Can you tell me something more people?? Wild genetics is verry interestant for me. Natural selection is powerfull

Smoke wild hemp from Poland? Not good idea but it's propably better to do milk "soup" with wild hemp. I was doing it for 3 years every summer and almost everytime it was very powerfull. We called it makumba

he was probaly talking about something that we call - Samosieja.
It is a wild-growing type of cannabis with thc level less than 0,2%
to produce any good thc level it needs to be crossed with some stong strain ( more than once I would say) and than stabilised.
"Samosiejka" is full of seeds because it produces famale and male flowers and pollienate itself. ( hermaphrodite type of hemp)

I saw regular wild plants , no any herms. I think you cant say , every wild plant is no good. Every line can have other roots :] Who knows , dont you here about rasta terrorists , people who sow good seeds ... everywhere they can.

Btw , its part of my plan too , put good cannabis , multi cross into our ekosystem . mayby we can sow it near wild fields of cannabis.... and selection / selection every year. For what?? you can make hash from it , or MAKUBA if you whant. It will be good to remove herms and male plants to make domination of good pollen. What do you think??

i'd cut that plant and shake the seeds all over by the fence and come back next year too

I saw many times that plants, in my area there it is everywere around me, its hard to find good spot to plant seeds, because this kind of cannabis can make seeds on your plants.
I think many of this may have ruderalis genetic or they are just very quick and early flowering. Bad genetic have but lots of are normal male and female. Before harvest, we many times make milk from it, MAKUMBA and it was good. If you know where good plants growing, you can find some good genetic to smoke. It's not powerful but when you have nothing thats bether to smoke.

I dont know how much hash per plant :] somebody made som hash from those plants?? plants are free , so we can try. maybe we can find good Polish stuff. Not so powerfull , but verry resistanr , and early:] good base to breeding. So people , go on the fields , and find good plants. I will do that when I will be around warsaw , or everywhere I can find wild cannabis:]


How I said. It will be good to remove wild males , and hermies around youre spot !! How much wild cannabis grow in youre area?? Make some fotos , please ...

Makumba is weed with milk. you must cook it few hours

If you have tons of it , the best way it to make hash from it. We must think about some automatic shit for maiking hashisz :]

Before you start , try that the plants have any power or no


I like turbosmalec :] it's pig fat , cooked with hash , or with cannabis. Next you can make with it what you whant. Make brownies , or add some chilli or what you like and eat with bread. The best think is it can stay in a fidge for a long time. Its cheap . And its killer....

Enough of that in Romania as well but it just looks nice. Milky way (boiling it in milk), as someone suggested earlier, is the way to get high of it.

You must boil hole plant or better only flower in milk with butter and 5 Snikers and drink it Power is back ! Hahah

hey arcticsun,

it might as well be, given a long enough vegetative period but I don't think anybody ever bothered to actually try. I never came across a polish wild cannabis that would have any smoking value at all.

I have found many cannabis fields around Poznan (30km nearly from Poznan). I was visiting my friend and he show me that. It was commercial cannabis growing by local farmers. They feed the animals with it. But the level of thc is nearly 0.01 so its realy hard to get high with it But like they say if you will be lucky you will find maybe some plants with good genetic. Try to make "Makumba" but try to boild it until the milk become green. For more sweet taste add honey or anything U like. Sorry for my english
