Looks like potassium; magneisum does not start on the leaves edges.... starts on intervenial .. in between veins causing yellowing, but the veins stay green....
Can you answer more questions about your growing conditions to find out why you are having this issue?

What substrate/medium are you using? (percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?)
What Nutrient's are you using? How much of each? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?
What method of pH test was administered?
When was your last water?
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?

Your ph may be acidic, you need to test your ph. Coffee grounds are acidic and can bring your ph down lowwwwww!
You first need to get your ph test strips or get a meter, water your plants and collect the run off and test it after 1 min.
you need to feed them plants every 7 days, they are going to long in between feedings.
When you mix your tea; do you let it sit for a bit before using it?
I would get something with bigger in potassium; yours does not have enough potassium but good levels of N, P and micro nutrients.
Stitch, I took the pH, and it was right on the money 6.6-6.8. I then took your advice with the teas and increased my K. Things seem to be moving right along now, and growth seems to have begun again. I do know for sure that there's proper turgor pressure in the leaves as they are nice and green with that "shine" as I call it, and at the usual 45 degree angle. No more yellowing of the leaves on the new growth. Thanks again, Doc Stitch
