Pot Chocs for Christmas

So I made some cannabis chocolate for xmas. Mmmmmm

- 2 x 150g bars chocolate. (80% coco stuff is better. Higher fat content)

- Weed. (I only used about 5 or 6 grams. I love chocolate and like to eat loads, but still want to be able to move)

- Peanut butter. (Chunky!)

- Icing sugar.



Melt chocolate in a heat capable bowl that fits on top of a saucepan. The saucepan should be half filled with water. Keep the heat on low. I used 1 bar of 80% coco stuff and 1 bar of white chocolate to make them creamy. Once melted add 1/3 jar of peanut butter. (or cannabutter) once all it mixed together add finely ground weed making sure to pick out the stems. Simmer and continuously ster for 30-45 mins making sure the water in the sausepan doesn't boil off. Then place into molds. I used mini muffin cups. Leave for 10 mins. Then place in the fridge for 30 mins. Sive some icing sugar on top. Done. I made about 20. And you can always add more weed. Nomnomnom.

This is my first time cooking with pot. What do you think?

Nice. Made some cocoa bars myself. With just dark chocolate then added some milk to get it into a nice texture. Set up just fine with milk. Used BOG's LSD, had a nice fruity spice, very one of a kind taste. This was awhile back but hoping to make some again some day. The milk mixed in helps liquify more so straining is possible. Not that bad to eat the plant matter if broken up well.

I think next time I may strain it. But I'm kinda liking the mixed in green. Roll on xmas when I can stuff my face!
