Possible nutrient deficiency?

So these girls have just started to get going. Coming up to week four tomorrow (these are autos by the way) and they have started to get yellow tips on the new growth. Now I haven't fed them anything whatsoever because they have been so healthy and seem to be doing great without nutes. If anyone has any thoughts please share! Peace

Well, hard to see from that angle and that light. A bit more info would maybe help.

I'm by no means one of the guys with a green thumb the size of an average foot (so you want to get a 2nd oppinion) but for what it's worth my 2c:
I'd guess either nute burn or heat stress.

I guess you are growing in soil? What soil do you use and when did you repot them? What are the temps in the cabinet, what lights do you use and how far away are they?

Check out mynamestitch's stickied post in the Infirmary for an idea of the information you should be providing.

hello,

it means.

your soil will be a little too hot with nitrogen / other.

--------------------------

i say nitrogen, because they are now flowering, and plants need more p,k, less n in flower.

but if they were repotted, it could just mean that the new root developement has an access to an overabundance of nutrients and they are burning.

---------------------------

they could grow out of it (i dunno), or you might have to keep monitoring, and then flush, then apply a very dilite flowering oriented complete nutrient.

(i.e. wash away some nitrogen hopefully, and replace with LIGHT phosphours (like 0.5ml p/l), and then see how they go)

(light as, as you say, they don't look hungry; just to replace)7
