Is it a window unit mounted into the wall or a central AC? If it's a window unit, it won't change the pressure in the room...likewise if it's a central AC and the intake is in the same room then it won't change the pressure either. If it's a central AC with the intake in another room, then you're going to need to duct an exhaust from the grow room to the intake of the AC.

Nope, nothing else needed. If you run the room sealed, make sure to supplement the CO2 levels as the plants will use up the ambient levels rather quickly. If it's possible, you might want to consider running a piece of hose from the drip line on the back of the AC to a bucket inside the room. It's very low PPM water and usually really close to 7.0 PH....great for making your nute mixes.

I have a sealed room with co2 and a window AC,if the smell gets too much get a hydrofarm ionizer it works in my 8 by 8 room full o buds,139.00
