Poor little girl is sick :,(

Anyone know what causes this little lady to misscolor the way she does? Jack herrer in soil, stable temperature around 20c.
Could it be overwatering?

Needs magnesium and some nitrogen ASAP.

Are you overwatering it?

Im not overwatering (i think) i always make sure she is wet tho biggrin because they are sensitive to dehydration when they are small..
