No, I would remove her just in case. Put the plant where no pollen can escape into the gardens.

In my opinion, If hanging the plant in another location is not an option I would use the room for a week to get the bulk of the moisture out then use the box. It depends on how much your drying and how big the box is , the box might be fine the whole time. I use a box or paper bag to finish my drying to slow down the drying to catch the right monster content to start my cure .If not dry and refrigerated pollen is dead in less than a week mist down the room and plants a few time and your good to go

How long does cannabis flower pollen last?
Pollen stored at all temperatures for 4 weeks remained viable and capable of successful pollination. Pollen lost its viability after 4 weeks at room temperature. Pollen remains viable after 40 weeks at 4 °C, and after 96 weeks at both − 20 and − 80 °C of storage.Jan 3, 2018 Google

The key to storing pollen is to dry it and keep it dry , if gets wet it will germinate and die quickly .once it's wet its done not to mention stuck to all surfaces never to become air born again. I don't grow inside but I do dry inside and I play with pollen a lot .If you can dry your crop else- wear without molding good but if you can't I'd take a remote chance of getting a few seeds just my opinion
