pollen extraction

Hello everyone, I am a completely new grower and this is my first time doing this. I have 2 male plants that i would like to extract the pollen from but i am having an immensely hard time finding any good ways to extract the pollen for later use.. I am curious if anyone has any good recommendations on how to extract the pollen. Also it would be helpful to get a few tips on how to pollenate my females. Thanks for reading this and thanks for any replies! :thank you:

Get some dry rice and a sealed container from the size of a jar, to a small vile. Just tap those bananas to drop pollen in your container, seal in freeze when sure the material is dried. You can take a grain of rice coated in pollen at any time with tweezers, or stick a paint brush in their to coat the brush.......and apply to fresh pistils. Whalla, you will have seeds. I choose to pick out the bananas if they fall into the container, so moisture is not an issue. Just tap all the pollen into your rice, works well and freezes for years.

you can cut off the branches of a male already in flowering, put them in a glass of water, like a bouquet of flowers... place them on a tray covered in parchament paper. change the water every other day or so
over the course of a week or so the pollen sacks will open up and drop pollen on the parchament for easy collection, then do the dry ice thing in the jar, all good.

it's super easy, if you just let your male mature, it's not an extraction, it's expulsion, the male pollen sacks litteraly SHOOT pollen out, it's just up to u to collect it then.
