Police Arrest Man in Marijuana Garden Shooting...

So this is getting crazy, with people ripping mmj patients/growers.
There has been 4 different occasions, within the last 10 days, where a medical marijuana grow has been targeted by thieves.
One man was shot, and has died, while trying to steal the pot plants.

So now the city has passed an 45-day moratorium on medical marijuana grows in the county.

ya bruddah we have the same prob here in hawaii, but the police here will go after you and and bust you. But here is the real prob is that when you get your MED card they put you on a list that is public and has your fucking address and who you are information. I imagine a bad scenario for my city if Cali is having so many problems. I mean to say that with it being legal in Cali & seeing the havoc by thieves & whatnot.....at least the gardens are legal ... I fear that if I was to shoot a thief in my house......I would receive similar or worse consequences. Shouldn't we be aloud to protect our homes and families? Just 2 weeks ago a MJ Storefront in Newark, CA had 2 or 3 guy attempt to rob it. The police was there quick, busted the guy's still in the store and the place was back open in less than an hour. Made me proud....

How about the 14 year old kid (knows right from wrong) who steals a toy from toys r us? He's a thief, should he be shot. Why are toys and pot different? Why should you be allowed to shoot a fleeing person? Then people would be dropping like flies. People would get shot over everything if you could shoot people in the back and get away with it.

I remember when I was a kid I would put snickers bars in the bottom of my slurpees at 7-11 then fill it up and the clerk would never know. Should I be shot?

I hate to be the guy defending thieves... but what about the thief with kids who are hungry? Does he know about ICmag? Does he even have internet access? An email address? Yeah yeah, you'd just give him bud because you grow but his friends might not have the same kind of parents. Maybe this guy who got shot didn't even steal anything. Maybe he was unable to avoid the situation...who knows. In this situation it was adults, but it could have just as easily been 16 year old kids. Would you want YOUR CHILD to be shot at?

YOUR CHILD should know better then to take something that isnt his , especialy by force , I wouldnt hessitate to shoot kid or adult. both are dangerous enough to force entry into my residence, they are gonna deal with the consiquence of theyre actions.
