PM Not working..help please

this message keeps coming up and its only showing the first message i recieved from somebody.. its not showing the messages i sent either.. just wanted to know if this is normal or not

sent messages are stored in another folder ...
the sent folder
and when sending a PM... make sure U have the box checked to send a copy to U'r self in the sent folder...

It doesn't happen right away. I think maybe someone has to manually approve it or something. Took a day or so after I hit 50 for me to be able to pm.
