Please pray for me and my girls and share your horror stories/learning experiences!

It's been a really tough season and I just wanted to take a moment to express my sympathies for anyone who has had to go through a really tough time with lots of setbacks and interruptions and invasions. Maybe share in some fellowship with everyone else who has had a tough season and managed to learn a lot and do much better next time.

My first few times were so beautiful, medicine helped me so much. I invested so much to try and cure what's going on with my body and get out of a bad living situation and life is challenging me at every turn.

This season has been hellacious. From my own inexperience causing pH problems due to following misleading feeding schedule instructions to mistakes with transplanting into pots that kept roots too wet to several power outages disrupting my dark and light periods to a surprise inspection from the city because my landlord may be renting us this place illegally, to a complete teardown with a few days notice to a relocation to a tenuous place where I will have to operate on bare minimum power and harvest way too early, and a completely seeded crop from all that stress. Shit, it doesn't get more real. At least I don't have fucking spider mites or mildew. *knock on wood*

Through it all, learned a tremendous amount. Mostly about the wellspring of courage and resourcefulness that each of us truly devoted to healing with this plant possesses.

So on the eve before my big move and teardown, please say a prayer for me and my girls! Share your worst grow stories!

I'm feeling you bro... I had an inspection one time, so I took down my room and rebuilt one out in the shed/outhouse... the plants were around 5 foot at the time so this meant moving and re-erecting everything under cover of darkness at 3am......

the inspectors were looking to see if the electrical work in the attic/roof space had been done correctly after they came to upgrade all the houses round here... so apparently when your roof space is worked on, they need to check if the light switch in the feckin shed is also still working... thankfully this is Holland and people are cool enough to see that stuff and not say anything (this was 4 years ago).. but man my heart was in my mouth... he just looked at it all sitting there and kinda made a "hrmpf" noise with a half a laugh mixed it.

another time around the same period (same house upgrade nonsense thing) they came to check a leak in my bathroom and then decided to just look in the attic (where my grow usually lives) to check the boiler wasn't leaking ....even though I know it wasn't and told him so.. so I had to run up ahead of him and unplug some things (like the huge wooshing boxfan etc) and while doing so stood on a nail in a peice of wood which went in the whole length of it (only an inch or so, but still) and I had to stand there chatting with him whilst feeling my foot get warm and soggy in my tennis shoe and not flinch or say a word about it...while still standing on the nail... same guy as the other inspection, so no doubt he knows my game after that....lol like I say, I'm very lucky that in Dutch culture, they couldnt give a crap (for the most part) about a bit of weed...

oh, and first grow, I had PM and spidermites ... lucky for me I had IC and somehow still managed to pull 550g of quality bud after fixing all my issues with some solid advice :)

hope it all goes well for you tomorrow...

be lucky

Wow some real perspective. Nail thru the foot, bleeding into a tennis shoe and talking to the unwelcome guest without flinching! Damn, you've earned the Canna Medal of Valor. I salute you.
