So it’s my first real grow and in coco, my setup is as follows:

Jardindr120 twin
2 4' 8 bulbs t5 ho
Coco and rice hulls
Smart Pots – 2 and 3
David's Grow Simply path
Cal-Mag Plus
Root Roids
PH 5.8
Temps 74

The plants were in veg for 3 months, they have been topped \ fim many times as well and LST from early on. No real reason I let them veg so long, curious to know just how big around I could get them before they grew out of the veg tent, about 2 foot around and 2 foot tall with 20 plus tops on them, I had to move them over to make room for the new ones. In the begging I was concerned with height as the flower tent is only 5 foot tall and I am using T5’s, I figured keep them low and pulled apart, that way the light could penetrate well. Uncertain if these was really the correct way of doing things or not but it appeared to have worked just fine.

I am curious to know your thoughts on them; I have 5 in the flower tent now, 2 huge ones in veg waiting to move over, 5 auto’s in the veg tent as well as 7 clones. Clearly more than I need, I really have no clue as to what they will produce in the end as far as quantity goes.

I put two into the flower tent on 12-20, one on 12-27 and two more 01-05.

I also attached a pic of my first auto berry I planted, clearly it is still cooking along, it broke ground 11-20 or so I think. I started tying it down around week two, I did not top it what so ever, just tied it down, I am hoping I can grow auto’s start to finish in the veg tent, again height issues, it can’t be any taller than 2.5 foot, again a 4’ 8 bulb T5.

In both tents I am running the appropriate bulbs, no mixing of them.

Anyway blast away, advice is always welcome and more than likely needed.

looking good so far man! im in the same boat as you, this is my first ONLY MINE grow. meaning no one else has thier fingers or opinions in my girls. Im in a tent as well but using MH and HPS lighting. Im also keeping the veg around 3 months. My largest so far after 2 1/2 months vegging is 32". So i guess were pretty much inline on that.

But yeah your looking good. Im curious, what are you using to feed them in flower?
How are you keeping fresh air flow in there?

Air flow setup on my tents

Air flow setup on my tents

I use David's Grow Simply Path for all the nutes, link is below. After months of reading I know there are many options one can go with, I started out with these products with the thought in mind if the end result was bad I would try something else until I found what works, this line up just works and it’s reasonably priced in the grand scheme of things. I am not trying to cut corners but I do not want to spend any more than need be.

As for the air movement, I of course have an oscillating fan in each tent; I have a 6” variable speed can-fan max which is sucking air out of veg tent into the bloom tent and an
8” variable speed can-fan attached to a can-filter in the bloom tent which sucks air out of the bloom tent. Each tent has a passive opening to suck fresh air in.

Both inline fans runs 20 hours a day, while the veg lights are on and the oscillating fans run 24 hours, of course many attempts were had before I figured out the best setup for me. This keeps my temps steady at 74f and no humidly issues either.

Very crud pic attached of the air flow setup for you.
