wow lights are only 2f 6in apart from each other. maybe that's why I feel like i have to keep them higher then normal. maybe since they are close together the lumens are adding up together n getting stronger

and the lights are both about 2ft 5 in away from plants tops.. the 1000w is only like 3 extra inches. should I drop the dim option on the 1000w to 75% from 100? that way it isn't as strong?

No way in hell those lights are too close. If anything judging from that last pic they're too far away. Those plants look like they're experiencing a nute lockout of some sort. I see clear mag deficiency with the striped discoloration between the veins of your leaves, and possibly zinc or potassium deficiency maybe with those leaves that are yellow around the edges and green in the middle. Something is off. If you're using quality nutrients then either your soil ph is off or you let your nutes build up in it over time and you have salt buildup is my guess.

Hard too see real good with those pics though, check out joe fresh's guide in the stickies and match your leaves to the examples in the pics. Probably the fix is either flushing or changing the ph of your feed.

is this soil or coco? either way.. lights are not too close.. I have my lights right now 20 inches not air cooled just fans.. but my temps are perfect so my plants enjoy it.. I just need to work on getting my night time temps up a lil this 60 degree nights seem to be slowing down flower..

That's within range but doesn't mean your soil ph isn't off. There's many reasons it could happen or it could be the type or amount of nutrients you've been using, or how much or often you've been feeding.

The info you have given is much too little to even begin to offer advice, other than to write down your entire feeding routine as detailaed as possible including the products being used and the medium you're in. Then someone could analyze and make suggestions on what's going on. There's a sick plant diagnosis form you could fill out to help with details.

first two weeks of veg I didn't feed then I would feed with 3 part emerald harvest nutrients. I go by their chart. I do feed every 3 days acording to chart. but one watering I add the 3 step nutrients then next watering I only add rhino skin from advance nutrients. only sometimes n other times b52 from ad nut.

I'm not familiar with those nutes. Rhino skin looks to be silica. Silica can raise ph do you also ph that at 6.7? If so then I would make sure your ph meter is calibrated. If it is calibrated the only thing I can say is perhaps 6.7 is too high. I know it's technically in the range according to some charts but personally I ph to 6.3-6.4 if using bottled nutes. That's just me though if the ph of my feed were ever 6.7 or even 6.5 I would always bring it down. Plants seemed happiest to me at 6.3-6.4

It also sounds like you are altering the feed schedule from what is recommended and using other brand products. If you never used the nutes before that can be a factor as well. I'd follow it to the t to make sure the amounts are correct, unless you or someone you know uses them with good results and has a routine to follow.

The soil could also be a possible cause what brand is it? Makes a huge difference some soil is awesome some is complete garbage.

soil is happy frog. I'm going to start using clean clean certified soil I think it's called perfect potting soil. it's from Westley ca it's a farming area so the soil is organic. three plants got transplanted into that and seem to be doing good

it ended up being light stress. not because how close they were to plants but because I had two lights really close to each other so the amount of lumens in one area was way more then usual. I turned off the 600w and plants should get better. I killed 4 plants because they turned to herms from the light stress

It ain't light stress. Those lights are too far away to be hurting your plants even if the bulbs were literally touching each other. What you have are deficiencies. Good luck tho.

they are doing alot better now bro. color is slowly getting green again. when light is too strong not heat wise but lumens, then the plants get worked too much and sometimes causes nutrient deficiency on leaves near light. who knows person who told me that may be wrong but long as my plants doing better am good. thanks to everyone who replied and gave me input

What trace elements does ur feed contain if atall? Light bleach will not look like that, that does look like something's missing or locked out. Ur plants may b happier as less light while not happy is a blessing to them.

Either way looks good
