hi everyone its been a while since i posted, but i have a question i need answered. I was at a friends house and his roomate got raided. They came storming in the house with mp5's and searched everyone. I had nothing except they siezed my cash ($1,800.00) and my cell phone, which had a couple incriminating pics. One pic of a plate of bud, and another one was a pic of a couple of plants right before i chopped em down. i know im an IDIOT for having those pics on my phone, but is that enough of a reason for the po-po to conduct an investigation or get a search warrant for my pad????? please everyones opinon will help , i need to know what to do

opinion #1... consult a criminal attorney today (or Monday rather). put him on retainer that day.


opinion #2... a judge (a prick of a one) would sign that warrant w/o question. question is whether or not the cops want to include you in the raid... they did take 1800 from you, so why not try for more?

Does you phone have GPS and does it tag the pics with GPS info? If so get ALL your stuff moved out of that location.

play it safe...GET A LAWYER! Clean your house from top to bottom, dont leave so much as a pipe in their....Its a shitty warrant, but they could get one....we all know that....Its not illegal to have pics of marijuana.. i dont know anything about GPS and the pics location..but chances are, if you took the pics in your house, they can link you to them...GET A LAWYER, AND GET CLEAN, NOW! I just went through some similar shit, I lost everything, all my mums, clones, flowering plants, males and worst of all, all my favorite genetics Ive been working with for years.....very shitty deal, but im free and have no charges at all, nothing to charge me with. good lcuk..I feel for anyone in a bad situation over marijuana....Im going crazy not being able to grow my favorite plant....going nuts.

I don't take pics with my phone, but this SIMS monitor shit bothers me allot. Every newer cell phone is a tracking device. Each time it is powered up, it shows up on the SIMS monitor, and your movements are recorded and tracked, then your future movement predicted by the cells past movement.

Are they really doing this, yes.

I believe they could and it may not happen the next day. I have been involved where warrants came 1-2 weeks later.

They have suspicion of you, now they can pull electrical records, etc.

They most likely did not have probable cause to seize your money & phone unless you were arrested for a crime. You need to get a lwyer up their ass immediately and clean out your grow quick. Move everything illegal to storage or a friends house and make sure nobody is watching you move it if you have alot of shit to move.

Other option is to get rid of just the illegal plants if any and replace them with legal plants like tomatos for instance. I do hope it all works out okay for you, if you can prove you have a legal viable source of income they should give your money back right away I would raise hell over that point.
