hey all, ive been growing this strain for 4 months started flowering at 17 days now theyve been flowering for about 10 days or so. this problem was present when i started flowering them with only 3 of the plants showing symptoms, now it seem to have spread to to all 6. they also seem to have stopped growing and the yellowing seems to continue. i thought it was a N deff (and it still might be) but i have noticed that some of the lower leafs are gaining back they're color with some Mg and Ca supplments courtisy of Sea mag and Kynin.
they are fed once every 2 watering with 3 mL of grow and 1mL of each sea mag and Kynin and 2 tsp of good ol blackstrap molassas all this is mixed with one gallon of water the is bubbled for 48 hours at minimum usually longer. the ph of the water before and after the ferts are mixed in doesn't change and stays at about 6.5 and the run off of the water after watering is at about 6.5. this is only my second grow and im still learning so tell me what im doing wrong and how to fix these plant and make em' look like all the other beautiful plants i see around.
i hope im providing as much information as is necesary to fix this because after my 3 week or so battle tryin to fix this discoloration in stumped and need the experts to help. anywho if i havn't provided enought information please let me know i really would like to fix them so i feel like i know what im doing (most of the time and with most things i dont) take care and thanks for any information.

Looks like an N def.. The reason why they perked up from the Kynin is that it has a decent amount of N in it. I would consider revegging a bit, to up your yield.

not concerned with yeild this time around im just wanna know which are female and which are male. im planning on reveggin my best female (or all?) taking cuttings and making a mother plant. i just wanna get my tequnique down so i dont kill the other strain i wanna grow (black Domina).

How much should increase the N by. also this may have been a bit hasty of a decision, but i went out and bought some blood and bone meal and added the equivalant of 1tbs per gallon of each to the top layer of soil. just for clarity when i say the equivilant i mean i calculated out how much 1 tbs per gallon would be working with 1 L pots im just dont feel like recalculating it out to get a exact number. also would this mean that i shouldnt use the liquid stuff for a while?

Bone meal takes a while, I think blood meal is available a little sooner.

I would say to use bubbled mollasesed fish emulsion but it will lower your PH and I don't know if FFOF has lime in it.

Listen to ninja, if you don't fix this problem they'll never get to express their full potential and you'll never know which are keepers. Throw them back into veg and take clones which you can flower straight after rooting to determine best mothers. 99% sure this would take less time than trying to re-veg. It's also strange that FFOF, which I believe is a rich soil, wouldn't have the N to support these small plants. Get your veg technique down first and the rest will follow.

What are you taking the ph readings with, are you sure it's reliable?

In terms of sexing, I'd wait for presex signs, you'll get more to clone also.

Those pots are too big for those plants, the mediium becomes anaerobic where there are no roots. You need to start in small pots and pot up as each pot is rooted through.

C6H6..the first thing I thought when I saw your, very nice, lots of pics is...water um...I think you are drying them out to much...IMO..DD

c6h6: To answer your question, yes you should cut out the hot liquid stuff, but the Seamag and Kelp shouldn't hurt you any and remember that you still need micronutes.

Medical Shed: In his defense, I would say that it appears that he has recently repotted.

DD: yeah, you're right. He's got the friggin' Sahara Desert there.

It does look like youre drying them out too much and possible nitrogen def.If i were you i would simplify things and just get some 20-20-20 from plant prod, peters pro or miracle grow.Something like that. They dont need anything fancy early on and you can use the good stuff down the stretch when youre worried about flavour.

did you leave them in peat pots when you transplanted?

I would honestly put them back in veg until you get your things in order, its not going to be worth it otherwise.

The more I look I think I see some PH issues

I would agree that more watering is needed and you need to add N to the soil, but not HOT mix. I would recommend top dressing with some worm-castings and that will slow release N as you water your girls:)

so quick up date, sorry for the absense but i appreciate all the information.
in the last couple of days they have vastly improved (pics to follow) i have thrown them back into vegg for another two weeks then re evaluate. as for the sahara desert, that was the result of me sprin some soil with added dry ferts and didn't watter cuz it wasn't time. the soil under is still wet though. but even three days later i can see a dramatic difference and they havn't been wattered so i guess those dry ferts did some good.
the big pots was my cowboy logic, a little good but a lots better. i dont like to transplant because im not the most gental person and would rather minimize the risk of root damage.
