Please help me wire my Fan

Well I got a 6" centrifugal fan from my friend and I need to wire it. On the Motor it say EBM M2E058-BF 115v~60Hz. There is a screw type terminal to wire to. On the terminal there are three connections. One is marked with a L and has a red wire coming out the other side. The next is marked with a N and has a blue wire coming out the other side. The last one is marked with a T that has two dots above it and has a helf yellow half green wire coming out the other side. I need to purchase the cord still so any advise as to getting the right cord and how to wire it would be most helpful.
I need to wire it asap as I am in a new house and the growroom temps are becoming a problem. Thank you for any and all help.

Or somebody like him.

L = Line - the black wire of your cord.
N = Neutral - the white wire of your cord.
The third terminal _should be Ground - the green wire.
Any 3wire cord fatter than 16 guage should do jus' fine.
