In the most recent bottom pic..... the one where the leaf stem comes out to the bottom right corner.....

Follow that stem back to where it attaches......

There is a guard leaf...or stipule there.......

I believe there is a female flower at the base of that stipule.....

If you grab the stipule and tear it off you can get a better look.....

Female flowers will develop behind stipules.....
