Hard to tell from those pictures but might be bugs or spider mites. What do the underside of the leaveslook like?

I will post some new photos....but I think that this are a sort of spider mites or bugs too..

Have you checked your pH ?

Do they look like rust spots ?

I would definitely start with looking at your pH first.....I had similar issues and correcting my pH worked a charm.
