Please HELP! Is my growtent TOXIC ?

Could be.. The white plastic lined tents became toxic a few years ago when the cat who manufactured them for like 10 companies started using a material that off-gassed.

I'd return it if you can and get a silver lined tent of some kind. If not, start rounds of test seeds. Here's what will happen to them within weeks if your tent is affected:

Hi Mr bongJungles,
I have been trying to grow some plants in the last three months but never could make it over the first 7-10 days. ALL plant i had at first showed yellow new growths and then old leaves started burning at the tip and the plants die. The ALL looked almost or exactly like the ones in your pictures (expecially my Power Plants really looked the same). I tried changing every single parametre inside my grow and nothing solved the problem. So i really think it could be the growbox, as it got white-plastic insides, and it smelled alot when i got it out of the box. I read the link, and they talk alot about poles. So i didnt understand, are the poles or the coat causing this issue? Because i removed the coat but i'm still using the poles to hang the lamps and other stuff.. and i don't want to kill anymore plants!
PLS answer as soon as possible!
