First of all..some thing is damaging the micro hairs off the feeder roots preventing uptake of nutrients. Start feeding ACT to boost micro herd populations...
Make sure your soil isn't too cold (sitting directly on a concrete floor) or being kept overly moist....

You did provide a VERY limited amount of information in your first post...fwiw.
If all they are in right now is starter pucks...well get them into soil. Peat as a general medium is low in pH. That is why those of us who use it add a bit of dolomite lime to raise the pH levels.
Let me know if this is the case and we can take a couple steps back and be a bit more descriptive and help you build a good organic medium and amendments to get the little seedlings a bit more happy...
i wud suspect its the watering.iv used thoses before,had no problems using them 2 years ago,i tryed using them recently,same watering technique..had problems,didnt have time to figure out the watering,so kept on doing wat i was doing before.funny i just planted one of those a few days ago,just to waiting to see wat problem start,while in about to harvet.peace mm/
