I show you 3 pictures where you can see the problem.
Its the second time that in the middle of the plant the big

It's happening at the lower leaves, too, from what I can see in a couple of those photos. The fact that it's happening on the older growth first means that it's a deficiency of a mobile element, and if I had to guess, probably phosphorus, but there are signs of other deficiencies, too. If you are using good soil, and feeding enough of a balanced formula, then you might have a pH problem. Otherwise, I would think you simply need to provide more food.

Hi laredo,

As always suggest to beginners having health problems with their plants, there are some basic points you need to understand to improve your growing results and to learn how to solve or correct the health problems of your plants:

1) understand your growing media, in your case: soil. Use proven proven high quality peat soil mix that has given you good results previously, or in case of lack of experience use canna branded soil mixes. Bio Bizz soil mixes are a good choice, as many other soil brands specifically designed for cannabis growing.

2) Learn about the ec levels, quality, pros and cons of the water you are using. The water must be as clean as possible and in the correct ph so you can add or adjust later in the feedings the nutrients that your plants need.

3) PH. Learn about the ph of your soil, waterings and feedings, otherwise problems will arise and you won't know the reasons or how to solve them. That's why i always suggest to new growers to invest on a digital ec and phmeter, i know it sounds like an expensive investment at first for some, but believe me: with the correct use a of a digital ec and phmeter you will improve substantially your results, and you will recover your investment in just one grow, and you will learn a lot about cannabis growing, something that is priceless. If you are growing in soil, the ph of your soil, waterings and feedings must always between 6.5 and 6.8.

3) Feedings: I always recommend organic feeding, others prefer chemical feeding. What it's important is that you know the macro and micro nutrients and ec levels that you are providing to your plants. Learn what kind of feeding require the genetics you are growing.

4) Genetics: Choose the genetics that are more suitable for your taste, but choose also genetics that can work or work best in your growing environment, whether it's indoors or outdoors.

5) Proper ventilation inside the indoor room is a must and the renew of air flow too. Overall, most cannabis strains like temps of 24-28ºC for the growth stage, slightly lower for the flowering. Make sure your setup is correct on these variables too.

You can invest in the most expensive genetics or lamps, but if you don't fully understand the first 3 points then you are wasting your time and your money.
