please help diagnose sick plants

I have 12 plants and 3 look like they are dyeing ebb and flow, 600 watt MH at 50% so 300 watts 3 1/2 feet away,temp74, humidity 40%, gh duo, cal/mag and recharge beneficial bacteria at 400ppm plants have been in flood trays for 14 days from rooted clones it started with one then two and now three plants its affecting new growth the most any help is greatly appreciated

I only have a 30 power loop it almost looks like I can see little white spots under some leaves just afew spots and nothing moving but its hard to tell if they are eggs can you recommend a way to treat them without knowing what they are would sm 90 work
