PLease help 4th wk into flowering...

Please guys help me out, This is my 4th wk into flower first grow and I think there all dyin, Alot of yellows leaves showing, Should I pull them off plants, Also I have attached a pic of sort of like burnt like features on the top ones but lights not to close at all ? Can someone please help me ? Dont want to loose em now !!

Hello,

Dude, don't pull off any leaves...let them fall by themselves.

What is yoru soil mix? Your ferts? how do you wate rthem and how often helps aid in diagnoses.

As to the yellowing, I think they need nitrogen.

If they were mine, I would give them a shot of alaska fish squeezins.

Just my opinion.

I agree,a little nitrogen would only help matters,dont buy into nitrogen delays flowering its not true,it may enhance veg growth but the plants gonna flower when she's ready ferts or not.I give my plants in 12/12 nitrogen exclusively for the first 2-3 weeks,thats when its needed most.

Cheers lads, This is what Im using, "bio bloom" liquid plant food, "advance natural pair" Growth and bloom Excellator also have a algi a mic Vitiallty booster "spray" Soil is called all mix. Theres everything I have been using. Temps stuff are just about bang on and Im using a 250 hid lamp....IM not sure whats happening there not dyin by the looks of things, but no flowers and were into the 5th wk now ????????????????

By the fifth week if you're not showing preflowers something is amiss..Light leaks?More light time than dark?The clone gnomes missed your room entirely?Who knows

Preflowers are the pistils that cluster together to form flowers,on many pheno's they show in late veg,with some you have to go 12/12 but never longer than a week to 10 days from my experience.You do have preflowers at five weeks right?

Would it be a good Idea to just feed with pure water once or twice maybe ?

You can use water every other time or every third time depending on ferts/strain,its a good idea to do so long long as it isnt really calcified like my tapwater,my pure tap will yellow my green flowering plants a day or two after using it.

ok, Im not to sure whats happening wit me plant but there still growing a few yellow leaves n stuff but there not dyin completly ? @ Ballastman thanks for all your help.I wil keep yous al informed.

Its not abnormal for some strains to yellow a bit at 30 days,the idea is to keep them green as long as possible during flower so nirogen has to be the major fert you use during the first few weeks of 12/12.If you do this and the plant still want to yellow thats just the way the strain grows I guess

what can I buy maybe to up the nirogen ? or is there enough in the nuts n stuff Im using ?

Nobody has mentioned checking the PH of the water yet. Isn't that the first thing he should test, because if your PH is out of whack it can prevent nutrients from being taken up and used by the plant? And if you start adding nutrients to your medium, and the plant isn't able to use the nutes because of the PH problem, the nutes will build up in th medium and make the situation worse.

Or am I wrong?

You are most certainly right Hal!!! Took the words right out of my mouth on that one. Also must agree with keeping that nitrogen up the first couple of weeks into flowering.

5-1-1 fish emulsion,you should check your ph runoff too

um, just dilute your urine 10 to 1. its like all N and micros.
