Plants Wilting... overwater? (pics)

Plants are wilting, not sure if I am over watering or under watering or if its something else. The containers are fairly large for the plants, im watering every 4-5 days, the middle-bottom of the pots still seem moist before water, but using weight method it seemed a lot lighter so I watered anyway.

I water to around 20% runoff. Maybe the containers are to big and holding in to much water?

I also noticed since a few days ago the plants would perk up in the first few hours of lights comming but near the lights off they would be wilting. This stopped yesterday and the plants remained wilted so I watered again today.

18/6 lighting. 4 plants, last 2 pics are somewhat better plants (both WW)

You called it...you're drowning them. Wait 'til the pot weighs almost nothing before you water again. Those pots are a bit big for those plants, and that's why its taking them so long to use up their water.

get some RO water... every thing else looks good to me except the temps they need to come up to the 78-80 degree range.you can tell if they need water by the weight of the container. Also did you put the seed directly in the dirt, or did you use a puck? if you used a puck some brands will retain water in the puck not allowing the roots to grow. the roots will stretch if the water is at the bottom and not absorbed in the stem base area. with plants that small in bags that big you could probably go longer in between waterings. start lifting the bags to feel how dry they are the weight is the best determining factor for watering. Good luck keep me posted..

ok I guess I will try not watering for like 6-7 days to see what happens..

As far as the seeds they were germ'd with paper towel method and placed into rapid rooters and shortly after sprout placed into current containers.

ok update:

these are pics of plants today. Original pics were taken yesterday a few hours after water. They seem to be doing better... so maybe I am under watering? These plants are hard to read

those look fine. as quickly as possible figure out a good watering schedule, and stick to it. obviously you dont want to be drowning them, but at the same time, overwatering won't kill your plants right away, underwatering might. keep that in mind
