Plants slow bud growth.

Hiya, some of my plants seem to have stopped putting on weight bud wise whilst still growing upwards most are fine and will finish under 3ft as I wanted. The ones doing weird things have stretched alot more than I had anticipated and I think they may have out grown their pots (I flowered at 20-25cm in 3.5ltr pots one of them is now 4ft and still stretching a little). I was thinking of potting up a couple of them, would that harm them? I'm growing og18 and cataract kush.

Forgot to add they are day 27 since light flipped to 12/12 and about day 20 since 1st pistels appeared. I did make the newbie mistake of potting up then imediatly flipping the light so the initial flowering was slow.

Can you get us some pictures? How far along are you? 3.5l is less than a gallon, no? A plant 4' tall should probably be in about a 5 gallon (20 liter-ish) pot...

I wanted smaller plants as i'm growing 8 in a dr100 hence the 3.5ltr. I'm new to this so probably made loads of mistakes. Will load photo tommorow.
