Plants not growing. Why??

This is my third grow but second proper grow. I'm growing Himlayan gold.
Plant no. 1 and 2 sprouted on 22nd feb 2009. 3 and 4 between 5 and 8 of march...
This means that plant 1 and 2 are a month old... wtf
PH is between 6.5 to 7.0
Temp used to be very high... 87ish but now it remains within 70 to 77
I've just transplanted them today into the bigger pots that you see and added the extra light. I don't know what could be wrong.
The only thing that i can think of is that its toxic fumes from my grow tent but it's a Secret Jardin Darkroom DR60 so i don't know. My other two grows were in a BudBox and it was fab but it's too big... lol
So has anyone else tried Darkroom and its worked out?
thanx for stopping by and help will be apreciated. thxn

check the ph of everything....your soil and your water. That's my very first thought but filling out the Stitch's troubleshooting will help you get a lot better help than my guesses alot faster. What kind of soil are you using? You say you had high temps at one point? Could you elaborate?

Yea, with the first two plants i kinda stressed them like 2 weeks ago with very low humidity and temperatures around 88 to 89.
The soil is Bio Bizz, All mix
Also, the leaves are very small. They don't grow into proper fan leaves.

Yeah i bet your pH is out of whack; how are you measuring it?. It also looks like you might be over-watering, or your soil mix is too compact.

This kind of looks like the classic "over-parenting." Whenever i'm working with seedlings or clones that small and i try and "play gardener" i always fuck them up somehow. I've started to neglect them until THEY ask ME for what they need, seems to work better for me.

But don't worry too much, with all the trauma (environmental extremes, over-watering, pH lockout, transplant shock) and such low light, they are bound to be stunted. I'd suggest backing off and doing nothing, waiting for the soil to dry out, and wait for some clear-cut signs of how to treat these plants.

good luck.

I would admit to "over parenting" lol
I just wish i knew exactly what's wrong with them. The two smaller ones i started after 2 weeks of the other two coz they seemed so stunted that i thought i wud have to kill them...
I think i should lower the pH a little. Its probably in the 6.8ish and i think it would help to lower it. But i'm not watering for like 4 days or so unless i really need to obv.

yea it was a combination of pH off, overwatering and too low humidity lol. And i think there were some light leaks as well. i've sorted things out and the plants have perked up :) thanx evry1 for takin an interest
