Plants not growing fast enough or not stretching

Hi everyone,
I am growing autos in a 80cm by 80cm x 160cm tent
Tmep are 25 to 28 day 18 night rh around 60 50%
But I struggle to keep the stable.
I water once a week with very low nutes around 20% of recommended dosage with AN sensi a+b and additives like b52 voodoo juice etc..
Ppm around 150 200 by now
But still plants seems healthy I am lst ing her but today I broke main stem
Reattached and maybe it will bounce back.
Suggestions on how to accelerate growth rate?

I am using LEDs optic 2 gen 4 205w cxb3590 chips with bloom booster at about 70cm distance from plant

What medium are you growing in? Soil, coco, hydro?

My nightime temps are high and my plants stretch a lot, can you keep your temperature higher during dark?
