Plants Elongated

Hello,
How To Stop Seedlings From Stretching? I Have Right Now 4 White Widow Seedlings That Are About 5" Tall Which popped Out On 7-17-09. I've Used Pipe Cleaners To Help Them. 3 Seedlings have Their First Real Leaves & The Second Set Of Leaves Look Like They're Starting. How To Stop It & To Prevent It From Happening?
Thank You

If you have already stretched seedlings, you can replant them deeper and bury half of the stem in the soil. I fill my seedling cup only about halfway with soil, so that more soil can be added if necessary. For prevention, see Core's post.

good advice already, if too tall replant and bury the stem, then put your light closer.

be careful you don't burn em though, so I would move the light down a little every day.

Hello,
I'm Growing With A DWC, They Are Not In It. They Are In Jiffy Pellets. So How Would I Replant Them Deeper? About When Should They Be Moved To The DWC?
Thank You All

I got this method from Freezerboy: Wind the seedling around the peat puck and bury the whole thing in your medium.

When I ran hydro, I always used sexed clones, so I can't really help you with question 2.
