Hi guys,

I had some major issues about 2 weeks ago when a friend re-potted my plants for me (used composted cow manure in the soil mix which made it very alkaline) The plants were quickly removed once they started showing pH issues and re-potted in standard potting mix with perlite to assist drainage.

Two weeks later they are looking better and I decide to flower…I’m now about 1 week into 12/12 and they plants have started to yellow around the edges of their leaves. I’m guessing this is a pH lockout issue (and looks like Mg to me) but I wanted to double check with you guys before doing anything.

Cheers

Thanks for the info everyone!

koidr - Cheers mate, i will give it a try next water

Blue Dot - Sorry that was a typo! I copied and pasted the list from another thread and missed that one :(

When using straight water the ph is around 6.0 and 6.1-6.2 when i use powerfeed/seasol combo..

I know the spring water isn't idea but the local water is crap and i don't have the space to sit water for a couple of days while fine tuning the pH...sodium rate for the water i'm using is 3.0mg/L...Is this too high?

That looks as classic a Mag deficit as i ever saw, you could use these pics to demonstrate, Blue dot's pic IS a Zinc deficit though.

Looks like Mg yeah, or maybe Zinc, IDK. MJ needs more Mg in veg and early flower, IIRC. Here's a good pic of what Mg deficiency looks like:

(I think the right side show Mg def. in veg, and the left side shows what it looks like in flower, but I'm not sure)
