plant withh 22 days of life

first of all im sorry for my bad english
and this is my first post here
this is my first cultivation and i hope it goes well

so heres the deal :

i got a plant withh 22 days in veg the setup is :

160watts fluor ( the long ones not the compact ones )
the distance from lamps is about 5cm from the top of the plant
18/6 regime

Soil mix : i really dont know how to write the names of the stuff in the mix
but its a pretty soft misture with good water drainage ( hope i spelled it right

Fertilizer : Peters 30-10-10 1.3g for 500ml of water on her 21 day of life

i had one leaf with a little point being dryed out/yellow but now a couple more leafes and tips are showing the same burn/yellow its very little at the very tip of the leafe

plus i can see that some leafes are getting lighter in color
any ideias of what the problem is ?

Hi your plant is showing a magniseum defciency. your mixture only has 0.05% magnseium and since it only has so little and your mixture has hi nitrogen I would suggest getting a different nutrient to use.

How often are you feeding your plants?

Your nutrient has high nitrogen which is ok but it's not balanced enough anything over the 20 mark is a waste.

Get some epsom salts and use 2 teaspoon per gallon of water on her.

i got the epson salt 2g for 1 litre
but since my soil is still moist i sprayed it a little on the leafes during the night cicle
do you think it will work this way ?

Yes that will work; so next time when you water just add some epsom salts in with your nutrients

as soon as the plant gets better i will upload another pic of her
so how long do you think it should be before she is fine ?
should i spray here everyday untill she gets better ?
also it will go with the water and other nutrients ....

no do not spray her everyday; you would want to use it once a week epsom salts and your feeding.
