what is the plant spacing for 400 gallon smart-pots? I'm in Nor Cal. and looking to find the minim spacing required. I have a garden area of 80 by 80 is this enough?

thanks for looking

Five rows of five pots in an 80 x 80 space give yous 16' centers, more than enough space. I do beds of a similar size with 14' spacing and I wouldn't go much tighter than that.

currently situating 300gal pots and i'm wondering the same thing. the pots are much wider than i was expecting but with 5' between each pot, should be at least 10' between pot centers. good to go?

I'm in a county that allows no more than 24 plants and I also run in the 400g smarties. I have a triangular shelf for my garden so I chose 12' on center from one container to its nearest neighbor in any direction. if I had a larger platform to footprint for the garden, I might have tried for 15' so that the 4-wheeler and the tractor could slide thru, but IMO, there's really no right answer to your question...
