for various reasons, i have decided to make a pic only album of the best pics from my thread "something wicked this way comes"

i was known as delta9nxs then but have changed my handle to greyfader for security reasons. i had found that delta9nxs and my real name had been connected in multiple places through passwords. i had used some of the same passwords for more than 20 years.

so, on to the pics.

pics are not in any order, just random pics from over a 3 year period. basically, 2015-2016-2017.

about 50-75 different strains are pictured here.

That says a lot. Most wish they grew out 50-75 strains. lol...I have the beans for it, just not the time.

Hello greyfader those plants are beautiful! what are some of your favorite top 3 strains or top 5 if you cant choose 3 =) Thank you for the photos, they are really inspiring.

thank you! these strains were mostly grown for extraction. some of the top producers were stardog corey x c99, an iranian x c99, wreckage, dr who, ecsd, original arcata trainwreck and maybe 4-5 more that i can't remember now. it's been 7 years since i left oregon.

i rarely grew from seed. most were from proven cuts from local growers. oregon pineapple was good. gorilla glue.

what you see here is me growing out and testing for terps and thc yield, but also for extraction %.

i wouldn't keep a strain unless it produced 20% shatter or pull snap from material dried to 10% of original wet weight.

the last year i produced terp sauce and diamonds from fresh flowers. freezing the bulk flowers and then extracting.

since leaving oregon i have been experimenting with leds and growing for finished flower.

i designed and operated a 10k sq ft cbd flower facility for 3 years in nashville. and then a series of small personal grows experimenting with led spectrum.

here are a couple of pics from the cbd flower operation. the strain pictured is purple mesa. 18% cbd and less than .03 thc at 8 weeks. the rows were 5 ft wide and 60 ft long. there were 10 of them in the main flower room.

and my last thc plant with leds. bluestar og from bluestarseedco. an extremely potent, very terpy plant with a stellar genetic background. it was the first time i acheived hps sized flowers from led lighting. i used incandescent with led in a supplementary fashion while manipulating 2700k and 5000k white light at different points in the grow.
