looks decent but you seem to have a couple problems. probably insufficient lighting as a month old plant in veg would optimally be larger. Also maybe a nitrogen deficiency there on the leaves. Also, if you dont have a circulation fan on the plant i highly reccomend it. helped me out a lot and its my first time.

My Setup is:
Dresser
3 of 32w cfl on 24 hours cycle since seeded
2 of 4" hole ( 1 on top, 1 on bottom in back )
Fan blow up above the lights
got FloraMirco, FloraGro & FloraBloom couples day ago
did give 1/4 each to Crazy two days ago.
400w switchable ballast and hps blub is should be delivery today.
i'm sure i'm doing it way late stage.. i'm new..

Looks like its due for a transplant x10fast. It seems to be showing symptoms of being rootbound.

hey sounds like your setup is fine. im sure that 400 watt hps will help a lot. but now you are going to have to seriously think about heat problems and ventilation. Where did you obtain the seeds from. If it is simply bagseed that explains a lot when considering vigorous growth. I was gifted some VERY high quality genetics from an ICmag member and compared to bagseeds which my friend grew...it is a rediculous difference. good luck and i will check in again
