hey guys heres a look at my lowryder 2, its weird cause every night a couple hours before the lights turn off she droops, but first thing in the morning and into the afternoon shes really perky. whats her problem?
i give her the water first thing in the morning when i wake up once a day.

Light cycle is at 18/6, turns on at 5:45am and off at 11:45pm, i water when i wake up (approx 10am).

i give her canna coco nutes, ppm at around 750, 6ml of canna a and 6ml of canna b, 6ml hygrozyme, 2ml sm90, 5ml blackstrap molasses, and 3ml of calmag. thanks

here she is at night like 2 hours before dark period

oh my god shes jumping from medium to medium... :)

oh my god shes jumping from medium to medium... :)

Does she change containers and medium every night at bedtime ? :yoinks:

Just kidding. :joint:

This may sound a little rambling but bare with me...

I see two different mediums and two different plants there.
Notice that morning dew all over her? Unless you had misted that one, the moisture is the dew from the night time transpiration (if the grow space has little or no air movement at night anyway) which may be back feeding to the plant like a foliar shot, giving it that just watered perky looking turgidity...although the back feeding might be behind that clawing issue you're seeing too. I know this can happen in poorly ventilated night situations especially in an enclosed hydro type grow.

Not sure about the medium you have in the planters, looks like one is expanded clay balls and the other one a coco medium. Both of which are what I'd consider a "high drain" hydro medium.

Really can't say this for sure about the coco one...
but the droopyness on that hydroton one looks like what I've seen in e&f hydro when the flood cycles aren't frequent enough. Like she's thirsty and about to wilt waiting for another flood cycle (or watering as your case may be) after spending the entire day under the lights.... and perked back up from the nights transpiration.

I hae a few strains that droop towards the end of their 20 hour daily grow cycle. They are tired and just droop. The other 17 hours of light they are happy and perky.
As for your specific plant it looks like you may have an overfert issue. In coco this can happen if you let the plant dry out. Always keep the coco at least slightly moist or the salts will concentrate and then burn upon fertigation.

As for what 10k said, interesting stuff. I learned from it...

I am assuming that you added clay balls to the coco to fight flies or something, hence the mediums looking different?

Ya I added the Hydroton on top of the coco so the top part of the coco is not disturbed when it is watered. Its the same plant and its in coco. We have other plants in the same medium grown in clear containers and noticed the roots not growing as well torward the top layer of coco. I assumed this is because when its watered the top part of the coco is being disturbed, and the hydroton I read can solve that.

Because I watered it heavily in the mornings I thought the night drooping was because the coco was damp all day and the plant was absorbing a lot of water throughout the day. But you guys are saying its the opposite? maybe I should water twice a day? let me know?

-By the way I do mist them once a day pretty heavily in the afternoon, oh and that dew you saw in the second picture is cause i misted her a couple minutes before the pic

heres a picture of her this morning, all perked up again what the hell!!

The best time to water is in the morning. roots absorb the water all day and need more air at night.
