hi, sorry to open a new thread but i am stressing a little bit and can't find straight solution by searching. i'm wondering is it possible to transplant a semi-big plant from hydro to soil? it's still in vegetation state (obviously ready to flower) and roots aren't super spreaded wide yet. my plan is to veg it in soil for 1-2 weeks and then switch to flowering stage. will it work or do i get some problems..?

Going from soil to hydro is fine as there are plenty of roots to support the plants needs. Rinse the roots really well and you will be fine.

Yes, you can go from hydro to soil, with the trick being the use of powdered soil (bottom of bag/bin dust) to completely coat the roots. Then planting with the roots as spread apart from each other as much as possible.

yes it worked well. actually because of my laziness i did let these plants grow as big as mothers plants usually are. so transfer from hydro to soil was messy and i had to cut some roots off. i was very surprised how they made it alive after all stress. it took about 1-2wks to recover fully. currently i am at 4wks of flowering stage. thank you for replies.
